QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 2-3 years of technology experience
Preferred:
- Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+)
Skills & Competencies:
- Intermediate experience with Apple products and operating systems
- 1-2 years of experience supporting various releases of Windows and Windows Servers operating systems
- Experience with client-based and network-based security solutions including next-gen endpoint protection, IDS/IPS, SIEM
- Intermediate experience troubleshooting Office 365 applications
- Experience troubleshooting networking issues pertaining to routers, firewalls, LAN/WAN technologies, wireless, VPN
- Intermediate experience troubleshooting issues with telephony systems, VOIP and online solutions (Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Zoom, etc.)
- Understanding of Hyper-V or other hypervisor technologies/virtual PC solutions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to present to diverse group of internal and external users
- Ability to adapt to change and handle unexpected situations with close guidance
- Accepts direction on how to adapt approach to changing situations
- Ability to follow defined procedures
- Ability to stay focused on tasks, organize, compare, interpret basic data, and assess problems with guidance

Physical Requirements:
- Able to remain at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Able to perform general office administrative activities: copying, filing, delivering, and using the telephone
- Able move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Regular and on-time attendance
- Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft or motor vehicle
- Position requires being physically present on the premises during regular company hours or as approved by management
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Successful support, maintenance, and documentation of the Enable Injections computerized technologies including WAN, LAN, VPN, Wireless, data storage and backup, servers, personal computers, telephone, and audio-visual systems
- Provide customer service focused user support and training with above technologies
- Proactively pursue and present new technologies or solutions to improve efficiencies or profitability
- Ensure maximum up time of computerized technologies and security of Enable and Client data and systems
- Document procedures and tasks
- Work will be completed with moderate supervision and some latitude for independent judgment is expected
- Other tasks deemed necessary by the IT management team
