QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive supply chain, operations, or systems experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP (MM, PP, SD, WM and/or related modules)
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from concept to implementation
- Ability to operate in a regulated industry with working knowledge of ISO and regulatory restrictions
Preferred:
- Experience in FDA-regulated or ISO 13485 environments
- APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with digital transformation tools or supply chain analytics platforms

- Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage complex supply chain improvement initiatives with clear timelines, measurable outcomes, and stakeholder alignment
- System Expertise: Deep understanding of ERP systems (particularly SAP) and ability to translate business needs into system enhancements
- Communication: Skilled at translating technical and operational information into actionable insights for a broad audience
- Analytical Thinking: Strong data analysis skills to diagnose problems and recommend practical solutions
- Initiative: Proactive in identifying and addressing process gaps and operational inefficiencies
- Collaboration: Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, IT, engineering, and procurement
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage supply chain system enhancement projects, with a focus on SAP ERP
- Act as a key liaison between Supply Chain, IT, and Finance for system upgrades, testing, training, and deployment
- Develop and implement scalable processes for inventory management, order fulfillment, production tracking, and procurement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning, purchasing, and logistics operations
- Manage key data governance activities such as material master data integrity and BOM accuracy
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards using SAP data and external tools (Excel, SAC, etc.)
- Facilitate user training and documentation related to new supply chain tools, workflows, or SAP features
- Support change management efforts related to ERP adoption and business process transformation
- Monitor and report on project milestones, timelines, and performance to executive leadership
- Participate in SIOP process improvements as they intersect with system workflows or process integration
- Assist in vendor and contract manufacturer onboarding into SAP-related workflows and reporting
- Assist in coverage of planning, purchasing, and warehousing management duties as needed.
