QUALIFICATIONS

 

Required:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Working knowledge of product and manufacturing processes within the plant
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
  • Ability to communicate clearly with peers and entry level management
  • Ability to use measurement tools within a clean room

 

Preferred:

  • Familiar with ISO13485 and FDA 21 CFR820 working environment

    • SAP

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary in a standing position for extended periods of time
  • Ability to gown and complete tasks in a clean room
  • Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, such as printer, telephone, etc.
  • Position requires being physically present on the premises during regular company hours or as approved by management

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow the control plan and/or protocols to complete requirement measurements for manufacturing builds
  • Utilize different measurement tools to accurately measure components, sub-assemblies, or finished product
  •  Visually inspect to ensure quality for packaging operations, labeling, sub-assemblies, etc.
  • Operate basic computerized systems surrounding their job function
  • Escalate any Out of Specification values to management for troubleshooting
  • Review documentation for adherence to Good Documentation Practices requirements and measurement values against requirements
