QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a GMP environment
- Experience using an ERP or WMS system
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word and Excel)
- Forklift and powered equipment experience
- Cycle counting and inventory reconciliation experience
- Shipping and receiving experience
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to drive company box truck
- Ability to use common tools and must be customer service oriented
- High energy level and willingness to engage in all-day physical labor
- Ability to perform constant inventory transactions in WMS system
- Competent with word processing and spreadsheets
- Ability to manage multiple activities at various stages at the same time
- Coordinate flow of materials for builds
- Ability to accurately count large quantities of material
- Ability to operate powered lift equipment
- Ability to achieve productivity goals and targets to meet department goals with guidance
- Ability to collaborate and maintain cooperative work relationships with others
- Ability to use your time productively at work
Physical Requirements:
- Operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds, often
- Moving about quickly to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Position requires being physically present on the premises during regular company hours or as approved by management
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow Material Control QSP in the handling (labeling, storage location etc.) of all materials or components that are received, manufactured, and stored at Enable Injections Inc.
- Perform multiple steps in WMS to complete each inventory transaction
- Restock material returned to inventory
- Coordinate and stage kitted material per production orders for OBDD and OBDS assemblies
- Initiate, maintain, and complete all necessary paperwork in accordance with Quality System procedures
- Perform lot splitting of components for builds
- Maintain accurate inventory for GMP parts, DEV parts and MRO items
- Backup other Supply Chain functions as needed
- Participate in external projects and stretch assignments as needed
- Perform receiving and shipping duties as needed
- Participate in annual inventory counts
- Perform daily/weekly cycle counts
- Generate multiple types of labeling for Warehousing needs
- Operate pallet-wrapping and banding machines as needed
- Execute palletization configurations to customer specific needs (includes banding, various types of labeling, wrapping, etc.)
- Restacking pallets and organizing inventory to maximize space
- Down stock MRO items for daily operations
- Report inventory discrepancies and assist in investigations and resolution
- Perform weekly cleaning of warehouse and supporting areas
- Assist in scrap and biohazard disposal as needed
- Assist with tours, site visits, audits as needed
- Complete and file forms with planning and quality departments as needed
- Transport goods safely and efficiently, often over long distances, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, report mechanical issues, and keep the truck clean and in good working order
- Secure cargo with ropes, chains, or covers; verify load accuracy; assist with loading and unloading if needed
- Maintain accurate logs of working hours, expenses, deliveries, and incidents as required by federal and state laws
- Report delays, incidents, or mechanical problems
- Plan routes, considering road restrictions, fuel stops, and legally required rest periods
