QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 years of progressive warehouse or distribution experience
- 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience in manufacturing, high-volume distribution, or regulated environments preferred
Preferred:
- 3 years of experience with SAP
- Technical or vocational education preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of best practice inventory control practices and warehouse operations
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and drive process improvements
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to direct workflow in a developing environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to regularly move 25+ pounds
- Ability to use manual/powered pallet moving equipment
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time
- Ability to reach above shoulder height to place items on shelves
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, train, and act as backup warehouse personnel to ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted safely and efficiently
- Serve as the subject matter expert on warehousing processes and ensure that all warehouse activities comply with best practices and industry standards
- Process receipt and shipping transactions in SAP and oversee the review and reconciliation of all receipts and shipments
- Participate in tours and audits for the warehouse
- Manage warehouse improvement projects and initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize warehouse operations
- Schedule and manage all external sterilization and 3rd party testing, ensuring that all products are properly tested and meet company quality standards
- Manage scrap collection and disposal, ensuring that all waste is handled safely and in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
- Manage and oversee external warehouse operations, including inventory control and shipment between locations
- Manage communication with freight vendors and ensure timely and accurate delivery of all goods
- Prepare commercial lots for partner shipments, ensuring that all products are properly packaged and correct shipping documentation is included
- Oversee cycle counts and perform data entry as needed to maintain accurate inventory records
- Track inventory levels and place orders for operating supplies as needed to ensure that the warehouse is stocked as needed
- Maintain all required records as required by the Quality system and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
- Manage timely workflow of material throughout various processes (receiving/picking/shipping)
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse
