QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, or related field from an accredited university
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a Supplier Management role
Preferred:
- MBA degree or other advanced degree
- Experience leading business initiatives with external suppliers
- Prior supply chain experience
- Experience in an FDA regulated environment

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
- Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, such as printer, telephone, etc.
- Wear clean room gowns, hair nets, gloves, safety glasses, and shoe covers for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in an open office environment, on-site at an Enable location
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with External Suppliers and Supply Chain to achieve Supplier Management objectives
- Contribute to internal project planning and execution to meet schedule and budget requirements
- Communicate the progress of departmental projects and define risks and recommend contingency plans as required
- Support operational planning activities ensuring alignment to program strategy
- Track and analyze supply tiers and evaluate supply chain risks
- Manage company assets at suppliers
- Promote visibility and transparency of information within supplier development and other forums to accelerate decision making, obtain alignment, and increase foundational knowledge
- Identify and communicate Supplier Development related objectives, issues, risks, and where applicable, facilitate cross-functional discussion on impact
- Manage the negotiation of Manufacturing Service Agreements with component suppliers and track compliance
- Support project strategies that match Enable product and pharma partner goals
- Collaborate with Supplier Management Leadership and engineers to identify key project constraints such as scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks and will clearly communicate roles, expectations, and accountabilities to team members on a regular basis
- Monitor and audit transactions against Supplier contracts to identify common compliancy issues and propose improvement opportunities
- Drive the day-to-day performance of the component suppliers, analyzing performance and continually reviewing service level appropriateness to ensure contracts are managed within cost, budget, and service levels
- Produce regular performance-related reporting and resolve performance-related issues/escalations with suppliers
- Review and analyze external trends and influences to support the development of supplier strategy
- Support product development and operations teams in the prioritization of component qualifications and re-qualifications
- Drive supplier selection through robust analysis
- Assess new and existing supplier capabilities to meet product, cost, and quality requirements
- Drive improvements utilizing Lean methodologies using supplier scorecards and rankings
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities
- Plans projects and ensures alignment with objectives and priorities, both internally and externally, and provides cross-functional communications
- Supports strong collaborative relationships with external design/development, manufacturing partners, and service providers
- Lead strategic projects with suppliers as required
- Support non-conformance activities as NCR owner and lead cross-functional resources in the closure
- Identify factors and mitigate risks with continuity of supply
