- Pursuing a degree or have a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

- Position requires being physically present on the premises during regular company hours or as approved by management
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
- Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, such as printer, telephone, etc.
- Ability to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Ability to operate lab instrumentation and equipment
- Ability to lift and move 50 lbs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with recruitment and interview processes, such as interview scheduling, coordination and filing interview paperwork
- Assist with new employee paperwork and orientation scheduling
- Assist with addressing general employee inquiries and requests
- Support general HR matters, projects, employee engagement, benefits and HRIS
- Assist with additional administrative tasks
