QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to participate as a team member
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and good decision making
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, such as printer, telephone, etc. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with recruitment and interview processes, such as interview scheduling, coordination and filing interview paperwork 
  • Assist with new employee paperwork and orientation scheduling
  • Assist with addressing general employee inquiries and requests
  • Support general HR matters, projects, employee engagement, benefits and HRIS
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks
