QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Associates degree or technical certification and 2 years project related experience
- Relevant level of project management training
- High degree of computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications, asset management or ERP software (SAP)
- Experience planning, tracking and reporting on execution of activities
- Experience working in a GMP medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing facility

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Facilities group in the planning and execution of various projects throughout the facility
- Within appropriate level of responsibility for the role, implement project plans to complete work in an efficient and effective manner
- Actively participate on cross functional teams on large projects that have been requested or identified by internal customers
- Author scope of work documents, solicit RFQ from selected vendors, participate in the vendor assessment/selection process, coordinate and direct on-site activities within job specific scope
- Author documents such as work instructions, safety procedures, change control and responses to CAPAs
- Examine technical documents for completeness, coordinate inspections, coordinate practical details of the transfer of the care custody and control of the final product
- Initiate, maintain and complete all necessary documentation in accordance with quality system procedures
- Assist in completion of required project documentation as well as other tasks performed by the group. This includes document creation and completion using the SAP software suite
- Assist as needed with Facilities related repairs and projects within skillset
- Add to and assist with maintaining a facilities reference library for various equipment, systems and vendors
