SUPERVISOR’S TITLE: Director or Senior Manager, Program & Alliance Management

 

 

PURPOSE OF POSITION: This entry - level role is an opportunity to join the Enable Injections Program Management team and provide day-to-day administrative and project management support to ensure that programs are completed within scope and on time to meet defined Pharma Partner program schedules. The program coordinator role will work under the guidance of the program managers.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

 

Required:

  • BS in Engineering, Life Science or related field
  • 0-3 years of Program Coordinator or Project Coordinator experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Proficiency utilizing the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project

Preferred:

  • Experience in regulated industry such as device or drug development, knowledge of cGMP, quality and regulatory requirements

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, such as printer, telephone, etc. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports planning and associated logistics for both internal and partner team meetings. This includes organizing meetings and preparing appropriate meeting materials including agendas, presentations, and other program related documents.
  • Assist the Program Manager in the development and updating of program timelines
  • Attend program meetings/teleconferences and assist with taking notes and capturing action items
  • Provide ongoing support to program teams throughout program lifecycle
  • Organize and maintain program electronic files and reports
  • Upload documents to Pharma partner shared sites, as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager or Director or Program Management
