QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED and technical certificate
  • 2 years’ experience in automated assembly including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, such as printer, telephone, etc. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
  • Position requires being physically present on the premises during regular company hours or as approved by management

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Aid in providing training to production technicians as needed
  • Set up and operates equipment in a safe manner
  • Ensures that equipment is maintained in line with cGMP and 5S standards
  • Complies with all PPE requirements
  • Coordinate production/automation issues with next shift automation
  • Documents any malfunctions or abnormalities per company guidelines
  • Assist with diagnostic troubleshooting activities on assembly automation equipment
  • Supports equipment failure analysis, repairs, and scheduled preventative maintenance on robotic and automated equipment
  • Assists in installing new automated equipment and in moving equipment to new locations
  • Perform the duties of a Manufacturing Assembly Technician as needed
  • Participates in Shift-to-shift hand-off and review of production performance utilizing dashboard(s)
