We develop, manufacture, and support the enFuse®, a platform of wearable infusion devices designed to enable subcutaneous self-administration of high-volume therapeutics. SUPERVISOR’S TITLE:  Director, Alliance and    Program Management



PURPOSE OF POSITION:  The Alliance Manager is responsible for supporting the success of Enable’s portfolio of key partner relationships. This role will establish relationships with partners and understand the partners’ strategy and objectives in order to minimize issues and create new opportunities to leverage Enable’s technology.





  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical field
  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Experience managing partnerships or alliances


  • Master’s degree in Business Administration
  • Pharmaceutical/Medical Device knowledge
  • ASAP CAAM or CSAP certification

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time

  • Support Enable Injections’ Alliance Management program and competency
  • Serve as primary point of contact for external partners regarding one or more alliance relationships
  • Work closely with program management and other key functional areas to ensure alliance objectives are met and exceeded
  • Follow Alliance Management best practices to ensure partnerships deliver maximum value for both Enable and the partner
  • Create and maintain Alliance scorecards to monitor portfolio performance
  • Build business cases, negotiate and finalize contracts with new partners
  • Build effective relationships with partner program and technical leadership in support of constructive communication, issue resolution, and portfolio growth
